  I recently joined a Russian/Ukrainian dating site. It is very expensive. The site tells me that I can not just give a woman my email or contact info through the site. Apparently I have to earn points to get the woman's contact info..is this a scam? They say there is some Regulation Act from 2005 that prohibits this. Would I or the woman get into legal touble if we exchange contact info?
